For Job Seekers
At ReStart, we can provide professional employment counselling to help you achieve your career goals. Through collaboration, you will work one-on-one with an Employment Consultant to create a customized service plan based on your needs, qualifications and interests. Your plan will include S.M.A.R.T (Specific. Measurable. Attainable. Realistic. Time-bound) goals with the on-going support, problem solving and coaching needed to successfully gain employment.

Professional development training to further your career, including the Better Jobs Ontario program!

Services
For Employers
Hiring a new team member can be a time consuming and expensive process. We’re here to make hiring simpler and more cost-effective. ReStart takes care of posting your job ad, screening all applicants and passing on resumes of qualified job seekers eager to join your team – all free of charge.

Invest in your workforce by receiving help applying for the Canada-Ontario Job Grant, which provides financial support to train your employees

Placements
When you are looking to fill a position, you can provide a Job Developer with requirements, and the Job Developer can provide you with any candidates within our agency that are a good match.
Job Screening/Job Fairs
You are welcome to send any job descriptions and we will be happy to screen candidates for you. Inquire about hosting or attending any job fairs, with full use of our boardrooms (when in-person meetings are allowed).
Wage Grants
ReStart is funded by Employment Ontario, as well as the provincial government. We can offer wage reimbursement through our placements when hiring one of our clients.
