The Retention Specialist supports clients in maintaining employment and achieving long-term success in the workplace. Through post-employment follow-up, ongoing client engagement, and connections to employment services and resources, this role helps address barriers, strengthen job retention, and support positive employment outcomes. Working collaboratively with the Employment Services team, the Retention Specialist contributes to successful, sustainable employment for the individuals we serve.
