The ReStart Job Development team can act help support your hiring process by pre-screening all ReStart client resumes, ensuring that the job seeker applications you receive from our office align with the needs of your company and the role you are advertising for, saving you time in resume revisions and hiring.
Placement Incentives
For eligible clients, our Job Development team can support your hiring and onboarding processes by potentially offering paid placement opportunities for ReStart clients you choose to hire, allowing you to onboard new staff, with the training period being partially supported financially.
On-Going Employment Support and job Coaching
Our Job Development team will continue to support you with your new hire for the entire duration of their placement terms, and the clients will continue to receive on-going support for 1 year post-job attainment. The Restart staff can help you and your new staff person with various trainings that are essential to successful employment within your company, problem-solving and supporting both yourself as the employer and the client through potential conflict resolution processes, and on-going coaching and mentoring for skills development for your new hire if required!
Skills Upgrading for New Hires
ReStart has a large library of various trainings and certifications (such as WHMIS, AODA etc.,) we can assist our clients in obtaining prior to, or during, their employment. We can support your onboarding by providing some essential trainings to our clients to help ease your onboarding processes.
Job Fairs and other Employment-Related events
